Cosmic is the element that came directly from void, and all other elements other than Void are present inside Cosmic. (So technically speaking most elements came from Cosmic, while Cosmic is in Void, so therefore all elements are also in Void, etc.)
Cosmic is the element that can be compared to the universe itself as it is almost a universe itself embodied into an element. Due to such, cosmic in appearance appears to be similar to a night sky, black with “stars” throughout and other things such as galaxy looking portions, etc.
Cosmic is capable of things such as creation blackholes, of course the black holes are a lot smaller than actual black holes normally, and can easily be “destroyed” by the creator. Cosmic can also do other things, mostly anything that you can see the universe doing.
Solar is an aspect of Cosmic, so therefor solar can be seen as a form of cosmic but lacking most things, as in, solar can create “stars” (while cosmic can as well). But solar won’t be able to do most things cosmic can do.

Next off, cosmic beings are the only race other than void beings that can go into the void without any problems of damage. (Most primordials technically can though). So you’ll often see cosmic related beings in the void as well.
